I earned my California real estate license in March 1989 and have been serving buyers and sellers across Los Angeles ever since. I started at Fred Sands Realtors in Brentwood, one of the most storied brokerages in LA history, and learned this business from the ground up during some of the most volatile and instructive market cycles of the modern era.

I grew up in Tennessee, where you treat people like neighbors and you mean it. I've carried that with me to Los Angeles, where I've lived in Tarzana for more than 30 years.
I know the San Fernando Valley and Westside Los Angeles the way you only can when you've raised a kid here, walked these streets for decades, and built genuine relationships in these communities. I know which blocks get the morning sun and which ones back to a busy street. I know the schools, the commutes, the hidden gems, and the things that don't show up in any listing description.

I've volunteered at Wilbur Elementary, Portola Middle School, and Taft Charter High School for years, serving as PTO board member, booster club president, and proudly as team mom to Taft's football team. I've led pledge drives, hosted school tours, and cheered at more Friday night games than I can count.
My son, Wyatt, and I have also spent the last 25 years fostering hundreds of rescue dogs through Take Me Home Rescue and several other Los Angeles animal rescues. It's one of the things I'm most proud of.
